Warranty

We offer 12 months warranty on product with manufacturing and material defects. Just contact us for replacement if there are any issues, for 12 months after purchase.

This does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, use or storage of your product and accidental damage are not included in this warranty. 

Any modifications attempted repair or failure to follow Josefina Jewels care instructions after purchase will void this warranty. Loss or theft are not covered.

All warranty-related returns must be authorized before being sent back for consideration.
