Warranty

Our goal is to provide high quality jewelry that you can wear with confidence. We warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. Please unpack and inspect your order immediately upon receipt. All claims, including products purchased from a clearance sale, must be reported to Josefina Jewels within 7 business days. Josefina Jewels offers a limited 12 months warranty to return any product with manufacturing and material defects.

This does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, use or storage of your product and accidental damage are not included in this warranty. 

Any modifications attempted repair or failure to follow Josefina Jewels care instructions after purchase will void this warranty. Loss or theft are not covered.

All warranty-related returns must be authorized before being sent back for consideration.
