Alfredo and Carla are siblings and third-generation jewelers, proudly continuing their family’s legacy that began with Letran, established in 1963 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Taught by their grandfather and mother, they grew up immersed in the world of fine jewelry while learning the craft, the detail, and the love that goes into every piece.

Both creative at heart, they decided to start a new chapter with Josefina Jewels a brand designed for the modern woman who moves effortlessly from work to dinner, always with elegance and a touch of edge. Their collections reflect a passion for shine and golden tones, blending timeless craftsmanship with inspiration from fine jewelry spotted at trade shows around the world.

Carla is a proud mom with a love for home decor, helping others, and indulging in her favorite treat: ICE CREAM. Alfredo is a cinema buff who’s always up for an adventure, especially if it includes travel and BROWNIES. Together, they bring heritage, creativity, and heart into every Josefina Jewels design.
