Shipping & returns

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Estimated delivery within 2-7 business days after order is processed. All shipping charges are non-refundable.  Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

 

RETURNS

Josefina Jewels is meant to bring happiness and joy to its wearers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, return the item(s) to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

FREE RETURN SHIPPING for eligible items. We offer website credit for the full amount paid on returns of eligible unworn and unused pieces. Items must be returned in original packaging.

To exchange an eligible item, send us an email to info@josefinajewels.com with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Item(s) you would like to return
  • Reason of return

Josefina Jewels will review, assess, and if the return is accepted, process the return within 1-5 business days and provide a pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label that will be sent via email. Website credit for eligible items will be provided. We will send a CODE with the refund amount by email to be used at checkout.

Marked down and discounted pieces are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
